During spring 2016, CareerOn AB entered as a majority shareholder in the newly established Student Media in Sweden AB. Although the company was new to start, the business has a story that stretches all the way back to 1989. Student media was the company, like among other companies, started the Student magazine and Piraja and acquired the iconic teen magazine Chili.
Today, we are pleased to announce that CareerOn AB and Studentmedia i Sverige AB become a company. The combined company will be called Student Media. CareerOn’s digital skills combined with Student Media’s print experience will enable us to offer our customers an even more comprehensive approach to reaching the target audience of students and graduates.
